Superior Wardrobes Conditions of Sale

All mechanical parts are guaranteed against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 10 years. Superior Wardrobes interiors are manufactured from high grade Melamine Faced Chipboard and may be described above by colour only. All sizes shown are nominal. Wood veneers are natural products and slight variations in colour and grain will be considered acceptable. Cancellations and alterations are not acceptable if received more than 7 days after the original order has been placed. The wardrobe will be manufactured in accordance with the measurements recorded on this contract. You must inform us of any changes to the character of the site that may affect these measurements. You agree to indemnify us against any loss of damage that arises from these changes if you do not notify us at least 7 days before the fitting date. Our fitters will take into consideration any pipes, electrical cables or underfloor heating when installing the wardrobes providing you notify us of these at the time of purchase and they are recorded on this contract. You agree to indemnify us against any damage done to these items if they are not recorded on the contract. Full settlement is required on delivery/installation. The property of the goods shall not pass to you until all indebtedness of you to us, on whatever account, have been discharged in full. Superior Wardrobes reserve the right to alter any specifications given without notice. The total contract price includes VAT at the rates in force at the time of signing of this order. The company reserves the right to alter the VAT content of the price to take into account any rate changes between time of order and time of delivery. No warranties or undertakings are acceptable other than those stated on this form. NOTE: This room must be cleared prior to installation.
